SENIOR LEAGUE
Senior division teams of 15+16 year olds play on a full size diamond with 60'-6" to the pitchers mound and 90' bases.
Games are 7 innings long and every player is guaranteed "plate time" as the entire team comes to bat in order.
While defensive positions are rotated to ensure fair play, individual players are given opportunities to shine within specific positions.
The spring Senior team interlocks with teams from District 2(Carlingwood/Frank Ryan, East Nepean, Kanata, West Carleton/Arnprior and Mississippi) to provide a strong level of competition.

There are two games and one practice each week. Games are played Mondays through Thursdays. The schedule allows all teams to meet an equal number of times. Games start at 6.00pm, sometimes later on fields with lights.
Every player requires a glove and a helmet. Metal cleats may be worn.
All players receive a team uniform (refundable deposit required) while the baseball cap, socks and the "Property of.." t-shirt are the player's to keep.
All Senior games are competitive. Pitch counts and scores are kept. There is a playoff week in late June to determine the House League Champion team.
Summer baseball tryouts are held in June with the competitive season beginning the first week of July.
