With a 6 - 5 win over East Nepean, Pinecrest Little League's Minor team are this year's Champions!

Now it is on to Timmins for the Provincial Tournament.

There are just TWO paid employees for all 35,000 baseball and softball players in Little League Canada programs.

Pinecrest Little League contributed bar-b-ques and propane to assist the Alta Vista ScotiaBank branch in their fund raising on Friday in aid of this years Ride for Dad.

Ride for Dad funds awareness campaigns in the fight against prostate cancer.

SPRING PICNIC/TOURNAMENT

Teams from all over are registering and this year's is really shaping up well.

Keep your fingers crossed for good weather on June 5th and 6th!

Look for the Giant Slide, Ray's Reptiles and, of course, the Dunk Tank. Will your coach be brave enough?

A full squad of volunteers will make the weekend perfect. Teams have been assigned time slots at the Saturday canteen/bbq. Your team manager will be in touch.
