District Tournaments
At the core of Little League is the Little League World Series.
No other baseball program offers its players anything close to this opportunity.
In July, every League in the world enters their best teams (from Majors on up) into their local District Tournament.
This is the start of the road to the World Series.
In 2010, Pinecrest Little League is hosting the Minor Division District Tournament.

Winning the District playdown puts the team in the Ontario Provincial Tournament.
2010 Provincial Tournament locations:
Minors - Timmins
Majors - Pembroke
Juniors - East Nepean
Seniors - Oakville
Big League - Orleans
Win at the Provincials and it is on the Canadian Tournament.

Majors - Ancaster, ON
Juniors - Lethbridge, AB
Seniors - St John, NB
Big League - Regina, SK
The winner of the Canadians represents our country at the World Series.
The Major tournament is held in Williamsport, PA
The Junior tournament is held in Taylor, MI
The Senior tournament is held in Bangor, ME
The Big League tournament is held in Easley, SC
Different leagues host the District, Provincial and Canadian tournaments each year.
There is no Canadian or World Series tournaments at the Minor level.
To be part of this quest, all players try out for a spot on their division's summer season A team.
